can bus program stays blue

I reset the EVO and that was fine.  When I program the CAN-BUS and turn the ignition on it stays blue.  I do have the yellow ignition connected to the brake controller ign wire, and the blue and blue/black are connected.  I also tried 74.01 but no luck.

What vehicle is this for?

If the LED stays Blue when turning ignition On, this means the EVO does not detect ignition (yellow wire).
