mokka x 2017 PTS, seat heating does not start,the side lights do not go out

current software 79.41  ,funktions A4 is on, A14 is on, outdoor temperature -19 in poland and the seats not heating,second problem after remote start and turning off the car ,the position lights do not turn off,but the radio turns off, i have to open the  driwer s  door

can i ask for a hint in solving the problem
