Dodge 2012 Avenger remote start access seems impossible to reach the plug i was told to drill it, how no space.

Why cant it be done by removing the lower panel like every other dodge?

It can be done from the lower panel but the method required will likely damage the skim module, presonally i remove the radio to acces the plug you need

I took the radio out.it has a plastic wall hiding the module harness. Any suggestions?

then trimming or removing that plastic panel would be the next step in order to gain access to the connector, you must understand that the manufacturer did not design the vehicle with the remote starter installer in mind, so access will sometimes require a little bit of work.
