Evo-start LTE activate error

Can you please kindly help ?

I have Evo-start LTE  activated get error

Device ID: 81033020777  

Device passcode: 888888

Vehicle name : Toyota Corollar

after enter all info then hit Activate and get activate error please help.

Hello,
 

We spoke earlier today on the phone. As discussed please ask the previous owner or installer (the email given when you called in) to remove the device from the app. This can be done by going into settings>vehicle list>delete.

 

Once that is done you will be able to add the device to your phone.

I did call and asked him remove device on his account, then I added it on my account was activated perfect.
