TB-H REQUIRES WITH EVO-ONE FOR RAV-4 2019 H-KEY

I want to buy EVO-One AND Thar ONE TOY12 for RAV4 2019 H-Key. There are 3 installation manuals, regular installation with T Harness says it does not require TB-H and no Key requires.  However, other 2 manuals say that TB-H requires. Plz advise will EVO- ONE work without TB-H or do i need TB-H.  If so when TB-H will be available?

Evoone works without tbh. Just follow the no key required guide.
