2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE NO CRANK

Question

2018 Jeep Grand cherokee PTS auto, gas.  Installing stand alone 3x lock with evo-all and an Autoconnect commander if i can get it to 3x lock. Loaded current firmware, using Thar-Chr6 t harness. Found that green/brown wire on brake pedal switch is not + when brakes applied, none of those 3 wires will turn on the brake lights, found a green/white wire in connector for trailer brake controller. Still will not start, brake lights do come on before it would normally crank, the dash lights up but will not crank. all doors are closed and hood is closed. lights are red at first, then red/yellow, then they go out when it does not start. Any ideas?
