Toyota C-HR cannot be remote started. It can only be started close to the car. What is the cause?

EVO-ONE remote start on Toyota C-HR 2020 installed with T-Harness THAR-ONE-TOY11 cannot start a distance, It can only be started close to the car.

What is the cause? Please advise and how to fix it. Thank you.

I use the factory remote.

Factory remote only have less than 30m of range depending on the brand.
