steering wheel Turn problem

Hi i have a problem when i run my car by remote start I can't turn the steering wheel full turn but when I run my car by the button the steering wheel turn full normal is there any solution for this!!!! Please

Also make sure you are pressing the brake pedal after performing takeover to shut off the evo module and have the vehicle take over control of itself.

I have never heard of this before, what is the exact year/make/model of the vehicle and what is installed as a module / t-harness (if applicable)?
