evo all firmware version

good afternoon. I bought evo-all sn 001A07 084443. Tell me what kind of firmware it has. When installed on focus 3 2015, all 3 diodes blink. Does it need to be flashed for Focus 3?

The module needs to be flashed for the Focus

to do this, you need to buy flash link 2 updater module and flash it yourself?
