unable to program evo one module for 2016 scion im ?

blue light solid while red light flashes

 

then i tried programing again and then the only light that flashed was the red one

1. Test the yellow wire. Needs to be ignition. 0V key off, 12V key ON, 12V key in crank, 12V car started

2. Check your CAN wires.
