Why evo one doesnt flash when key inserted in the module during last part of programming

when key inserted , evo one doesnt flash 10x to confim programmed module

G-Key or Dot key?

 

hold programming button,
connector 20-pin
connect any other connector
connect power last
release button when led goes red
insert key

its a dot key

i did this already and it didnt flash 10x to confirm

by the way, my evo one was set to RS  programmable output

2.4 White(+)start,Orange (+)Ignition 2, Pink(+)Ignition. Yellow (+)start 2

Is this the right one for 2010 corolla AT dot key w/T-harness
