The t-harness plugs into the transponder connector (front and to the side of the key barrel)

The rest of the connections are done at the ignition harness all the way to the back of the ignition barrel.

ok one more thing. when I lock the truck3 times in a row doesnt matter if its all day or in a hour, it starts every third lock is this normal? I have the evo all with updater chrt5
So if you press lock once now, then lock 2 more times during the day, the car starts up?
The unit has a timeout to prevent that.

What is the 12-digit service number?

Is there anything else installed aside from the evo-chrt5?

Where is the yellow/black wire from the evo-all 20-pin connector connected?
service tag # is 001A06674377 firmware 74-22/ hardware v-6,  the yellow/black wire is not conected at all on 20 pin conn.  just used evo all and flashlink updater. used connection F page 11 wiring diagram
Start by turning option A7 ON. (all A options are typically left ON) A7 being a requirement for all remote starter installs.

I mention the yellow/black because if this wire sees a ground pulse at any point in time, it will trigger the remote starter to start up (or shut down). jsut be sure the end of this wire is properly isolated.

Firmware that is currently loaded is ok. If you have the flash-link, worth a shot to downgrade one notch, reprogram and test it out.
will double check thanks!
