All these extra wires.........

Question

2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4X2 -----Bought the evo chrt5 with the t harness. All i want the truck to do is start when i hit the lock button three times. The lights blinking is not something i really dont  want anyway. I watched a video on a guy wiring in a chrysler product and all he done was plug in the T harness, held in the button while hooking up the black connector and releasing the button when the blue light came on. He then turned the ignition switch on and left on till the blue light was flashing and turned the key off and hit the lock button on the key. I tried it with mine and the blue light stayed on and i could not get it to blink when i turned the key switch on. What am i doing wrong?? And can you tell me what the other connectors do on that go to the module?

Also, i bought the flash link and when i went to your website and done the download to the computer, it goes thru all the motions like its installed and the finish button comes up and it says its downloaded, i cannot find it on my computer. I have tried to download 3 times and no record of it ever storing. Any thoughts???

Follow connection F in this installation guide. All connections shown in the guide must be done.

For the Flashlink software you will have to find the Download folder in your computer, the installer must be in there.
