where do i access the REMOTE STARTER options to enable option 38 to mode 2

In the flash link, there will a tab that says "Remote Starter" on it. Must be in Pro Mode though, so Click on gear icon in the top right and then choose Go To Pro Mode.

 

This does require the proper Flash Link Updater and not any other flashing device such as the FlashLink Lite/C
