2017 Lexus RX 350 evo start trunk release not working

Question

Hi, does anyone know if the trunk release works on a 2017 rx 350 with evo all stand alone? It's turned on in the settings but doesn't work with evo start  app or even on the duo remote everything else works perfectly on the app.

If im not mistaken trunk release only works on the evo-one becuase it is a physical connection in the vehicle. That is a typo in the guide.
