2007 ram 3500 with Python 5706p won’t remote start

5.9 diesel won't remote start. The evo unit red led never illuminates. Did install A since couldn't find start wire any help would be appreciated

If the red led is not turning on verify the protocol between the 2 units.

 

Also verify that the ground while running (-) is connected to the python unit accordingly.
