2015 Sienna cranks but won’t start. Ran battery down quickly.

I have installed the wiring harnesses correctly according to instructions. Programmed module according to instructions with lights blinking appropriately. When pressing the lock button 3 times it cranks but does not start. After 4 cycles of this it drained the battery. Is something not connected correctly or does the module need to be reprogrammed?
