Can I use 1k resistor instead of 1.5 k

I am going to install parking lights in 2013 dodge caravan evo-all standalone and want to know can I use 1k ohm resistor instead of 1.5k ohm

No 1.5k is required.

If you had 3 1k resistors you could make a 1.5k
