The REquest Returned an Invalid Code

whenever i open the APP it gives me an error of "The Request Returned an Invalid Code" and the Engine start from the app does not start my vehicle.  did not have this issue last year.

how would i resolve?

if you havent used it since last year, make sure app is updated
