2016 Hyundai accent standard key Blue programming light turns off when I turn the ignition on

When installing the Evo one on my 2016 Hyundai Accent the blue programming light turns off when I turn the car on and the light comes back on when I turn it off  have the can wires on the right ones do I need the can wires to use the remote start?What options do I need to change the service number is 002B07144688

What are the voltages on the grey and grey/black wires on the evo?

I haven't checked them but the voltage on the can hi is 2.8 and on the can low is 2.2 volts

check it at the evo with key on and let me know what reading you get.
