How is remtoe start prepared on manual trans with EVO-ONE

I have a customer with a 2012 Chevy Cruze with a manual transmission.  How do I activate 3x lock remote start on the manual transmission?  I know on viper you have to activate remote start, exit car, then when you lock the door the vehicle shuts off and it is ready for remote start.  How is it done on the EVO-ONE?
