Evo-All on 2014 Nissan rogue causing check engine and 4WD error lights

It is a 2014 Nissan Rogue with the flip key.  Installed using guide 75221 back in March of this year.  Install was done by soldering.  There was no issues during install, and no issues programming the module.  I remote started the vehicle for 5 cycles before customer picked it up.  No error lights.  Customer called last week (8 months later) and said the check engine light came on, and the 4WD error light came on.  They took it to the Nissan Dealership and they said the remote start is causing the issue because it was installed incorrectly.  #1 I have done this exact install over a dozen times this past year and no one else has has an issue. #2 why would all of a sudden after 8 months it suddenly cause an issue? #3 is it possible there is a lag in the CAN Bus that is causing the error similar to some of the Chryslers where I need to change the firmware?  #4 Why would this install be done 13 times on 14-18 Rogues and only this one have an issue?

You have done dozen, we have done thousands, never had this issue.

Can the dealership point you exactly what is incorrectly installed and what's the reason for it to work perfectly for 8 month. Might also ask what the exact check engine code was....

I was having the same issue with my 2014 Nissan Rogue as well. Check Engine light comes on when I remote start the vehicle.  I clear the check engine light with my OBD tool and re-start the car with my keys and no check engine light is present.

I am also having issue with the blower motor not working when I use the remote starter.

I used Guide # 68511. I use the Crimestopper Tele-connect in addition to my Fortin Evo ALL bypass module. I can start the car either with the Key Fob (3x Lock) or using the phone app.
If the vehicle has a check engine light when remote starting, this point that one of the 3 ignition wire is not properly connected. Might also have a diode reversed.
Turns out the dealership cut one of the ignition wires trying to get the customer to get it removed and pay $600 to get one from them. As soon as it remote started i noticed the gauge cluster didnt light up. Easy fix.
