2018 elantra GT key start No brake signal from evo-all module

I am geting no foot brake signal from evo-all module at pin a11 black wire.

With the ignition on, if you put a meter on the black wire (pin A11) on the evo's 20 pin connector and press and hold the brake, what does the meter read?
