2010 tundra program evo ride for hardware 3

how do i set hardware 3 on the evo ride?

I have tryed the flash-link-4 and i dont see the hardware option

Hardware cannot be changed as this is the actual physical device. only firmwares can be changed and is limited by the hardware version. So if you have a hardware 1 evoride, then it's only normal that you cannot see and select firmware 2.03 which is only available for hardware 3 and higher.
