Hand brake wire

Need to fine hand brake wire on vehicle and color wire on 2016 keep wrangler for manual transmission using evo all with rs4g5 and it will not see hand brake need to hard wire to hand brake

Green/White (-) at emergency brake.

If you engange the handbrake and check the analog wire for ebrake on the 20 pin does it output a ground?
