how do i link a remote for auto start

baught a truck with can duo2 and pats duo 2 installed, i have no remote except for factory key fob. how can i get info or link a remote to get remote starter function working. everything seems to be working and installed but i didnt receive the remote for the auto start

The CAN DUO2 is only the bypass and convenience module installed in your vehicle, there is another module that is the remote starter and this is what you need to have remote paired to.

A qualified technicien should be able to find the correct remote for your system.
