WILL NOT START FROM APP ON PHONE

INSTALLED A EVO ALL LTE ON A  2018 TOYOTA RAV 4, CAR STARTS WITH LOCK LOCK LOCK BUT WHEN CUSTOMER DOWN LOADED THE APP SHE CAN SEE THE ACTIVITY ON HER PHONE BUT THE CAR WILL NOT START FROM HER PHONE THIS IS MY FIRST TELEMATICS INSTALL, DO I NEED TO SYNC THE TELEMATICS MODULE TO THE EVO ALL AND IF SO WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO DO THIS?

Yes the evo start lte must be synced to the evo-all in the vehicle following the guide below:
