Question

EVO 441 2020 Chevy Express 2500.(Headlights in Auto)After Remote start -key inserted -turn to run -Headlights cycle off and back on (Display Says Auto lights off -Auto lights on). EVO flashing rapid Amber until Van is shut off and a restart has occurred  

Wired to Guide #59141 Revision 20230316. EVO Brown /White to Lt Blue BCM passenger White 25 pin plug pin 8

I think the Lt Blue can be captured at the back of the Headlight switch  Would this be a better option or have the same result?  I don’t have access to a wiring diagram and  I do not want to try something that will lead to a bigger issue

Everything else works as intended The instructions are great as is the product  I would recommend to anyone wanting a aftermarket remote start

Try disconnecting parking light connection temporarily and retest, if everything returns to normal, you wil have 2 options,

1.leave pk light connection disconnected and leave light switch in AUTO position

2.,leave headlight switch in OFF position with my parking light wire connected.

 

I believe the evo-all activating pk light circuit is overriding the "auto" setting which could cause your display to cycle as you described.
