cant get cell phone to start car remote works geat

all works but cell phone wont start car.if u remote start it u will see it running on phone plz helpppp thank you

What app and telematics device are you using?

What module is installed in the vehicle?

useing linkr lt with evo one all ..do u now what protocol its shoold be on thank you

The LinkR  app should be set to the fortin protocol.

In the evo-all you would enable option H, followed by enabling sub option H2-Fortin2
