service interruption with upgraded service plan?

Evo Start to expire in 15 days. 3 year was purchased to extend service on 05/02/25. App on I-phone states "service will be interrupted in 14 days." When will my service plan update in my account and not delay/interrupt my service for my Evo Start

For questions regarding renewal please send an email to service@fortin.ca

Please include your device ID along with the email related to the account/renewal.

You can locate your device ID by tapping on the name of the vehicle on the home screen of the app, it should start with 810xxxxxxx.
