Evo One & Evo Start 2 - app won't start vehicle

Question

Remote start works with key fob but will not work on app - none of the app functions work

Does not sound like the evo-start2 antenna was ever paired to the evo-one if nothing works.

Also, make sure the YELLOW wire from the antenna cable is connected to an ignition source.
