THAR CHRT6 Install guide cant pass step 6

Question

Doing a stand alone install on a 2018 Ram 1500 key start using the EVO-CHRT6 kit.

I get to step 5 OK with RED LED ON

when I turn the key to run the blue LED comes on and stays on and cant move to next step 7

( I checked the CAN Hi/LO wires and even soldered them on to ensure good connection.)

Tried the above a few times and still cant get passed step 6
