Remote start problem

Remote start works, but engine goes off when i press the brakes, how do i solve this? I installed the Jeep Liberty.

I believe its supposed to go off when pressing the brake. Most remote starts that I have ever used do shut off when pressing the break.

If it is push button press first, key turn to ingintion then press break.
