does dead battery make ax-one change settings

Question

my battery drained down and i pulled the leads to clean them now when i exit the car for a few minutes..come back and open the door the alarm goes off....note i did not arm the vehicle

No a dead battery will not affect your module or settings at all. What is the vehicle and what's the service number on the module ?

 

If the vehicle was boosted with terminals backward it could have damaged the module.
