2016 Crosstrek won't read immobilizer data

Question

2016 Subaru Crosstrek push to start with eyesight system. When trying to read immobilizer data, the lights on the Fortin All module flash red and blue 5 times a second like they are supposed too, but when started, the read and blue lights go solid, and nothing happens after that. The lights go solid as soon as the start button is pressed. The immobilizer circuit is all yellow, unlike what wirecolor.com shows, but I believe this may be correct. There is around 10.3v on each immobilizer circuit at the fortin module. There is 13.8 at the igntion circuit with the engine on.

I was able to get the Module to read properly by leaving the key out of range of the car, so that the dash said access key not detected. I then started the programming sequence to the point that the red and blue lights were flashing 5 times. I then got the key in range of the car, and started the engine, it learned properly doing it that way.

If you disconnect the red connector on the EVOALL module, are you still able to start the vehicle with the PTS ?

What's the voltage on the immobilizer wire when the engine is running ?

With the red connector unplugged, the engine will start, run for about a second, then shut off and not attempt to crank again until the red connector is plugged back in. I measured 10.3v engine running on each immobilizer circuit with the red connector plugged in,

With the engine off, igntion on, and the red connector plugged in, there is 8.6v on each immobilizer circuit.

 

With the engine off, igntion on, and the red connector unplugged, there is 8.6v on A10 and D1 (Light blue/black wire, and yellow/green wire) The is 0v on D3 (Yellow red wire)
