Cannot unlock 2014 Impala after 3x lock

Question

I have installed an EVO-ALL to my 2014 Chevrolet Impala LT. Supposedly this is compatible with my car. The remote start works like it's supposed to with the 3 x Lock, however you then can't unlock the doors from the outside. The new style Impala doesn't have any exterior door locks. It is not a keyless start car. Please advise.

As is noted on Page 1 and 3 of guide number 10091 in the NOTES:  The vehicles OEM remote will not be operable during remote start.

 

You will need a RF kit to be able to unlock the door during remote start, since it's the vehicle that shuts off the communication between the OEM remote and the vehicle
