flsh-link not connecting to PC

Question

the red flash-link 4 i have (hardware Vr:5) is not connecting to my pc, could you please guide me to solve this issue

*Note:

1.im using the USB cable and the power of the device is ON as when the cable is plugged, the red, green and blue lights for a second and then only the red remains on. but then after a while, a message uppears indicating the module is not connected to the flashlink updater, here if I try with Retry Detection, still same result.

2.the software is latest version.

Please uninstall the device and device driver by going into Device Manager,  expand "LibUSB-Win32 Devices" , right click on "FES Flashlink Device" left click on "uninstall device" MAKE SURE to click the box "Delete the driver software for the device" before clicking on UNINSTALL.

Once uninstalled, unplug the usb cable from the flashlink updater module to the PC, re-install the software Flashlink Manager,, log in, THEN reconnect the Flashlink Updater module, the device should automatically install the correct driver.

If everything was done correctly, on the bottom left of the Flashlink Manager screen,  it should display Device Found, then connect a compatible Evo module.
